We work full time at other jobs, have other endeavors in life but are haunted by the tragedies and misfortunes of individuals and current events. Our profound philosophy comes from the artist: The Revelation Painting (a masterpiece in the works), who said: "It is not what you have when you leave this earth, it's about what you leave behind for the earth". And in that spirit, we at Naturally Torn would like to pay it forward!

Naturally Torn has developed into a charitable store on Etsy and we appreciate this wonderful opportunity!  All shop prices have dropped significantly to give everyone a chance to feel what it is like to grasp the magic by the tail feathers!  The shop policy gives 10%-30% of the purchase price to the charities/worthy cause(s) and will be paid out on a quarterly basis (March, June, September, December respectively). Naturally Torn may elect to support more than one cause at a time.

About the jewelry (please treat your items with the same care as fine jewelry).
Naturally Torn does not support illegal trade, the buying or selling of conflict or "blood" gemstones. All handmade items are evaluated for suitability of 100% organic materials when applicable. All clasp are evaluated before and after attachment.
We use high quality gemstones, vintage materials and organic, natural supplies in making our one of a kind jewelry. We strive to make these materials soft and comfortable next to the skin. Please note all items are handmade and may contain variances commonly seen in unique, handmade, quality items.  Some jewelry may contain a shiny aluminum jump ring to help enhance strength.

About the hand painted and handmade items:
We do not advise hand washing the paintings if needed and have not tested cleaning the items in any way.  We advise the use of professional services.  Please care for the items with the respect you would give a fine art painting.  About the crocheted items, we do advise hand washing with gentle, natural soap and laying flat to dry.  Do not stretch.  Please see other pertinent policies here:  Naturally Torn Policies Etsy
